the suspect crashed in oxon hill. matt brock is live in gainesville. he has the latest. >> this guy is still on the run. police are looking for him. it happens about dark last by. a woman was shopping here at target. the suspect approached her. she happened to be on the phone with her brother-in-law. in a crash. >> i was sitting at their red light. a guy went to pull off. >> it started in another state in the parking lot of a target. it bowman carjacked. >> somebody in that car over there. they said somebody stole the car and kidnapped a group. that is all i know. >> the brother-in-law said he was on the phone with her.

hospital. the suspect escaped. >> thank you. police say a lab technician charged with the murder of a yale grad student is not talking. the do haveplenty of evidence against them. raymond clark is charged with strangling annie le. he is being held on $3 million bond. investigators believe that death was a place of workplace violence and that clark flew into a rage. a 15-year-old boy who was struck and killed by a metro train was on the tracks intentionally, metro says. thistles that the columbia heights station. the boy was safe 10th grader at the bell multiculural high school. he is the seventh person to intentionally stepped in front of a metro train since june. a prince george's county

police officer was indeed at fault in the death that killed a student. mario chavez was going twice the speed limit when it crashed into the car of brian gray. the jury believes he may have been texting at that time. the civil suit was filed by gray's family. chavez remains on administrative duty. more budget cuts are needed in maryland dix year and next year. the state will need to cut almost $300 million just to balance the budget for this year. the budget gap for the next fiscal year has climbed to about $2 billion. cuts will be recommended to be made sooner rather than later. will be layoffs in prince george's county. jack johnson said budget cuts

million bond. a woman is safe after a late-night carjacked. the suspect is still on the run. >> let me tell you about this. it began here at this target parking lot in gainesville. i want to show you the video of where this ended. a woman was carjacked and was driven 40 miles to oxon hill by this man. fortunately, her brother-in-law was on the cell phone when he picked this woman up. he felt something was odd. he drove up over here to the target just in time to catch this guy driving away with his sister-in-law. he filed them all the way to oxon hill. he called his own brother t say, and do you know were your wife is? they called police. it began a chase. it ended in a crash in oxon hill.
